Create a Return

To lodge a return, follow the below steps:

Step 1:
Read and understand our change of mind policy, included in the Heart Handles Returns Policy.

Step 2:
Submit your returns request by filling the form below.

Step 3:
Once we receive and verify your request, we'll send you an acknowledgement email with our return instructions.

Note:
• If you'd like to return items from different orders, you may return them in the same parcel. However, you must lodge a separate return request for each individual order so we can keep track of your returns, and prevent any delays.

• If you wish to modify a backorder, please email info@hearthandles.com.au so our team can assist you further.

Shipping

  • For all in-stock items, it generally takes up to 48 hours for an order to be processed for dispatch.

 

  • Unless an ETA is provided, our delivery timeframe is approximately 5 - 10 business days to all metro postcodes.

 

  • Delivery to rural/regional areas may vary - please allow approximately 10 - 14 business days for all deliveries to regional postcodes.

 

  • When adding to cart, please be aware of the ETA of the product you order. A product's ETA is provided on its product page.

 

  • This ETA is an estimation of when that product will arrive at our warehouse. Once we have received the stock, it will generally take up to 48 hours for an order to be dispatched.

 

  • Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes, and any delivery timeframes listed are an estimate. As delivery timeframes are subject to change, we strongly recommend you to avoid booking tradespeople until all items are received.

 

  • We ship worldwide.

Returns

  • For all change of mind (non-faulty) returns, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items for a refund.

 

  • If more than 14 days but less than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are only able to offer store credit to the value of your order, after any discounts.

 

  • If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return/refund option.

 

  • We do not offer change of mind returns for custom orders.
