Shipping Policy

We use the delivery time suggested by our freight courier. The risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address, and title passes upon payment for the products in full.

Pricing Policy

Heart Handles pricing is accurate and current. We reserve the right to alter and update our pricing and delivery charges at anytime. Prices are subject to change until you have paid for items in full.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns, credits and replacements are all detailed in Heart Handles’s returns policy on the website. Please refer to this policy to determine your entitlement to a return, and the process you need to follow.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees and are included under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Trade Account Holders

Please note that our Returns & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions are valid for non-trade account holders only. The Trade Terms & Conditions (including Returns & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy) can be found in the trade booklet sent with the approval of your account.

Shipping

  • For all in-stock items, it generally takes up to 48 hours for an order to be processed for dispatch.

 

  • Unless an ETA is provided, our delivery timeframe is approximately 5 - 10 business days to all metro postcodes.

 

  • Delivery to rural/regional areas may vary - please allow approximately 10 - 14 business days for all deliveries to regional postcodes.

 

  • When adding to cart, please be aware of the ETA of the product you order. A product's ETA is provided on its product page.

 

  • This ETA is an estimation of when that product will arrive at our warehouse. Once we have received the stock, it will generally take up to 48 hours for an order to be dispatched.

 

  • Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes, and any delivery timeframes listed are an estimate. As delivery timeframes are subject to change, we strongly recommend you to avoid booking tradespeople until all items are received.

 

  • We ship worldwide.

Returns

  • For all change of mind (non-faulty) returns, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items for a refund.

 

  • If more than 14 days but less than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are only able to offer store credit to the value of your order, after any discounts.

 

  • If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return/refund option.

 

  • We do not offer change of mind returns for custom orders.
