Placing an Order

There are 2 ways of placing an order:

1. Via the website:

Add the item(s) that you want to your shopping cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your purchase and finalising payment.

2. Via email:

Send us an email along with your delivery information and order details to info@hearthandles.com.au. We'll contact you with an invoice for your order.

An acknowledgement message will be sent to the provided email once an order is successfully placed. Please ensure you have entered the correct email address to receive our order confirmation email.

Check your spam / junk folder if you can't find the order confirmation in your primary mailbox. Alternatively, send an email to info@hearthandles.com.au and our team will assist you further.

To minimise errors in packing your order, please note that we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. Please place a separate order for the items that you did not add.

We're able to cancel an order if the order has not been dispatched. In addition, a 3% administration fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

Please check your required items/quantities carefully before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer complementary shipping for all orders over $300.

All orders under $300 will incur a flat shipping rate of $15.

Absolutely! We ship worldwide.

Standard shipping on all international orders is $60.

Please note that you are responsible for any duties and taxes payable.

Unless an ETA is provided, it generally takes up to 5 business days for an order to be processed for dispatch.

Unless an ETA is provided, our delivery timeframe is approximately 5 - 10 business days to all metro postcodes.

Delivery to rural/regional areas may vary - please allow approximately 10 - 14 business days for all deliveries to regional postcodes.

International shipping may take approximately 14 - 21 business days.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes, and any delivery timeframes listed are an estimate. As delivery timeframes are subject to change, we strongly recommend you to avoid booking tradespeople until all items are received.

When adding to cart, please be aware of the ETA of the product you order. A product's ETA is provided on its product page.

This ETA is an estimation of when that product will arrive at our warehouse. Once we have received the stock, it will generally take 24 hours for an order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please utilise this to monitor the delivery of your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month finish warranty, and 5-year structural warranty. Learn more about our Warranty Policy here.

Returns

  • For all change of mind (non-faulty) returns, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items for a refund.

 

  • If more than 14 days but less than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are only able to offer store credit to the value of your order, after any discounts.

 

  • If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return/refund option.

 

  • We do not offer change of mind returns for custom orders.
